To receive a copy of a police report, fill out this form and submit payment to the Village of Wappingers Falls Police Department at 2628 South Avenue Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 Attn: Records. Reports must be picked up at the Village of Wappingers Falls Police Department with photo identification. Reports will not be faxed and only mailed under certain parameters. Please direct any questions to Police Department Records at (845) 297-9174 ext. 111.

There is a 25 fee per report request. Payment must be by cash only to the Village of Wappingers Falls Police Department. Please come with the correct payment amount as the department will not have change available to you.
